Jason McAnulty is a visionary real estate developer with a passion for transforming spaces into thriving homes and communities. Born and raised in Cape May County, NJ Jason McAnulty has been a lifetime real estate-focused entrepreneur. Jason earned a bachelor's degree in science from York College of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, Jason immediately began to fulfill his passion for real estate by starting a construction company focused on luxury custom home building and a full-service landscape company that are both licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In 2018, Jason brought all his companies under one roof when he started JCM Development - a fully integrated real estate development company. Over the years Jason has developed a diverse portfolio of projects featuring commercial development, luxury new construction custom homes, as well as built a sizable rental portfolio. Since 2018, Jason has lead over 100+ real estate closings and has completed over $250 million worth of construction projects. In his free time, Jason likes to spend his time playing sports, riding motorcross and watching Eagles games. More importantly he loves giving back to his community.
